Good news, 16 wires fine wire drawing machine with annealer have finished online commissioning on 23th, Feb, 2022.
The production line produce LV cable lower then 1KV cables. There are also Z17 medium wire drawing machine, Aluminum alloy rod breakdown machine, 630/1+6+12+18 rigid strander, 1600/1+5 skip bow strander, 120+120+65 extrusion line, furnace, 800 rewinding line and bobbins.
LINT TOP commissioning the 16 wires drawing machine online due to the Covid-19 and started from 01st, Jan 2022. We finished the commissioning work within two months time.
During the commissioning work, LINT TOP work are as following:
1. Customer install the machine according to the layout drawing
2. Connect cable of each part according to the electric drawing
3. Work on each part and let them work separately
4. Combine the whole machine line working without load
5. Let the machine line working with load
6. Help customer to solve some smaller problems in details.
Of course, LINT TOP comes across some problems during the commissioning work, but LINT TOP try to show their customer some more pictures and video to understand each other.Until now, all machines have finished online commissioning successfully beside 120+120+65 extrusion line. LINT TOP CABLE will sart the commissioning work of the extrusion line from 08th, Mar, 2022.
That means the project is ended perfectly after successfully commissioning of extrusion line.
